School Tuition Fee Policy

Applicability

The Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee Policy applies for the Academic Year 2025-2026 and governs the Payment of Tuition Fees by the Parents or Legal Guardians ("Parents") of Enrolled Students ("Child") at Activity Infant School Early Learning Centre ("School").

Fee Structure and Calendar

The Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee for the designated Academic Year is divided into Two Semesters:

• Semester 1: Covers the period from March 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025. The due date for Payment is February 12, 2025.
• Semester 2: Covers the period from September 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026. The due date for Payment is August 8, 2025.

Additional Fees

Additional Fees and charges applicable for the Academic Year will be communicated to Parents via Email or Google Classroom Announcements sent to the Child's Registered School Email Address.

School Tuition Fee Non-Refundability

Once paid, the Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee is Non-Refundable under any circumstances.

Fee Revision

The School reserves the right to revise the Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee and Payment Schedule, notifying Parents per prevailing Rules and Regulations.

Regulatory Compliance

The Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee Structure and Schedule are subject to adjustments as mandated by Government Regulations or Amendments to School Policies.

Overpayment Adjustment

In the event of an overpayment of the Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee, the Excess Amount will not be reimbursed. Still, it will instead be Credited to the Subsequent Semester's Fee Installment.

Late Payment Penalties

Failure to remit the Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee by the due date will incur a Late Fee of INR 500/- per day. If Payment, including Late Fees, is not completed within 14 days from the Due Date, the School will deny the Child's Admission or Continued Enrollment.

Payment Gateway Deactivation

Non-payment of Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee within 15 days from the Due Date will result in the deactivation of the HDFC QFix Payment Gateway and may lead to the denial of the Child's Admission.

Payment Methods

Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee Payment will only be made Online via the School's Fee Portal, accessible through the HDFC QFix Internet Banking Gateway.

Communication

The Parents must direct all Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee related Queries to info@activityinfantschool.com from the Child's Registered School Email Address.

Receipt of Payment

The Parents must download, save, or print the Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee Payment Receipt from the HDFC QFix Portal immediately after the Payment Transaction, as duplicates will not be issued by the School.

Credit/Debit Card Charges

• Credit Card Payments incur an Additional Charge of 1.10% + GST.
• Debit Card Payments incur a charge of 0.40% + GST for Transactions ≤ INR 2,000/- and 0.90% + GST for Transactions > INR 2,000/-.

Parents are required to strictly adhere to the Non-Refundable School Tuition Fee Policy to prevent any inconveniences and to support a productive Academic Environment for the Child.
